We have a flat-rate of $11.00 for standard Australia Post delivery across Australia. This generally takes 2-6 business days. Express Post delivery is a flat rate of $15.00 via Australia Post. This generally takes 1-3 business days.

Pick up is free from our Warana workshop by appointment only. We don't have a shop front that's open set hours but we're flexible with our appointment times. Let us know when you're available and we'll arrange a time that works for you.

Our standard lead time is 7-14 business days before dispatch (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders are often completed sooner, but this will vary depending on demand and complexity. We recommend ordering as early as possible during busy periods. Order cut-off dates for Christmas and other events will be shared on our website and social media.

We understand that sometimes you need a last minute gift. If you need an item in a hurry, contact us and we'll do what we can to accommodate. Just remember to select Express Shipping or local pickup when checking out!
