Browse our products by category or occasion to find the options that suit your business. Select the products you're interested in and submit a quote request with your quantities, engraving requirements and any delivery deadlines.

Our listed bulk prices are straightforward, with no setup fees or hidden charges. The only additional cost is shipping, calculated based on your order's weight and delivery address. Or we offer free pick up from Warana on the Sunshine Coast.

2 We send you a quote
We'll prepare a tailored quote covering all your requested products, engraving requirements and shipping costs, along with an estimated final delivery date.

If we need to order stock from our suppliers to fulfil your order, the estimated delivery date may depend on supplier availability and lead times. We'll take your requested deadline into account when preparing your quote, so you can make an informed decision before proceeding.
3 You approve the design
Happy with your quote? Once you accept it, we'll create a mockup showing how your logo, artwork or personalisation will look on your selected products.

We'll send the mockup to you for approval before production begins, giving you the opportunity to check the design and make sure everything looks right.
4 Production and delivery
Once you approve the design, we'll get to work engraving your order. Each product is prepared with care before your finished order is packed and shipped to your nominated address (or free pickup time arranged).​

Are there any setup fees or hidden charges?
No. Our listed bulk prices cover the products and standard engraving specified. The only additional cost is shipping, calculated based on the total order weight and delivery address. Any additional costs outside these inclusions will be clarified in your quote before you proceed.

Yes! You can request a quote for multiple products in one order. Simply select the products you're interested in and include the quantities and engraving requirements for each item in your quote request.
Do I get to approve the design before engraving?
​Yes. Once you accept our quote, we'll create a mockup of your selected product or products and send it to you for approval. Production begins after you've approved the design, so you can check the proposed layout before we engrave your order.
Can I request a specific delivery date?
​Absolutely. Include your required delivery date when submitting your quote request. We'll consider your deadline when preparing your quote and provide an estimated delivery date. If we need to source additional stock, the timeframe may depend on supplier availability, so we recommend enquiring as early as possible.
Can I order a small quantity, or do you have a minimum order?
Minimum quantities and bulk pricing depend on the product. Browse the individual product options for applicable pricing and ordering details, or contact us if you're unsure whether your requested quantity is suitable.
Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes. We ship orders Australia-wide, with shipping costs calculated based on the order's weight and delivery address. Free local pickup from our Warana workshop is available by arrangement.
