1. Made to Order
​
Most of our products are made to order, which means we begin creating your item once your order is placed. This helps us reduce waste and ensure every piece receives personal care and attention.

2. Processing & Lead Times
Our standard lead time is 7–14 business days before dispatch (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders are often completed sooner, but this can vary depending on demand and complexity. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

3. Shipping
We carefully package all items to ensure they arrive safely. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, incorrect delivery details provided by the customer or circumstances beyond our control once an item has been dispatched.

4. No Returns or Exchanges for Change of Mind
Because most of our products are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind or incorrect selections.

We take great care to make sure every item is crafted to a high standard and securely packaged for shipping. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving it and we’ll do our best to make things right.

5. Acrylic Care
​
Our acrylic products are strong and durable, but they can break if too much force is applied or scratch if not cleaned correctly. Please check out our Acrylic Care Guide to help keep your piece looking its best for years to come.

6. Personalised Orders
For personalised or custom orders, please double-check all spelling, dates and details before confirming your order. Each item is made exactly as per the information you provide and we cannot take responsibility for any errors submitted during ordering.

If you choose cash payment for local pickup, please note that a 50% deposit is required for all personalised items. We’ll get in touch to arrange payment before starting your order.

7. Product Variations
​
Each handmade piece is unique! Slight variations in colour, grain or engraving depth may occur. These are part of the charm of handmade products and not considered defects.
