Acrylic Care Guide
Product Placement & Use
Many of our acrylics are UV stable and appropriate for outdoor use, while others are more delicate and best kept indoors. Check our colour list to see which materials are recommended for outdoor projects.

Acrylic is strong and durable, but it can break if too much pressure is applied. We recommend attaching bag tags somewhere they won’t be handled too roughly by kids.

Acrylic Care

Acrylic can be delicate and prone to scratches, so avoid placing it on rough surfaces.

If you choose a material with a gloss finish, keep in mind it can show fingerprints more easily, meaning you might need to clean it a little more often (see below for our cleaning do’s and don’ts).

Cleaning
If your acrylic gets dirty, skip the cleaning products! In particular, avoid anything with alcohol or acetone, as they can damage the surface.

Start by gently wiping with a microfibre cloth. If the microfibre cloth doesn’t do the trick, try using a melamine sponge (like a Chux Magic Eraser) - they work wonders! Most marks will come off easily, but for tougher spots, just dampen the sponge slightly with warm water and give it another go.
