Frequently Asked Questions

What file types are best for engraving?

SVG files are ideal because they provide the cleanest engraving result. However, please send us whatever you have available - many PNG and JPG files are clear enough to engrave with minimal additional setup required.

Can you engrave any drink bottle brand?

We can engrave many popular drink bottle brands and styles. Pricing may vary depending on the bottle material, coating and size, so please include the brand and bottle size when requesting a quote.

Can I drop my bottle off in person?

Yes. You can drop off and collect your bottle from our Warana workshop. Please include your preferred date and time in your quote request so we can arrange a suitable time.

How much does return shipping cost?

We offer flat-rate return shipping for $11 Australia-wide or $15 for Express Post. Pickup from our Warana workshop on the Sunshine Coast is free.

Can you engrave children’s drawings or handwriting?

Yes. We can engrave children’s drawings, handwritten notes or custom artwork. Some designs may require extra preparation work depending on image quality.

How long does bottle engraving take?

Turnaround time depends on current workload and the complexity of your design. We’ll confirm estimated timing when we provide your quote.

Do you supply the drink bottle?

The information on this page is for bottles supplied by you. If you would prefer to purchase a bottle from us, we also sell high-quality 500ml double-wall insulated stainless steel drink bottles. The price of these bottles includes custom engraving.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Yes. Discounts may be available for multiple bottles, team orders, business branding or corporate orders.

Will engraving fade or peel off?

No. Laser engraving is permanent and won’t peel like stickers or vinyl. The engraving becomes part of the bottle surface for a long-lasting finish.

What if my water bottle has some wear and tear?

That’s usually not a problem. Minor scratches and everyday wear are generally fine for engraving. As long as the bottle isn’t heavily dented or damaged in the engraving area, we can often still personalise it successfully.
