Yes. You can drop off and collect your bottle from our Warana workshop. Please include your preferred date and time in your quote request so we can arrange a suitable time.

We offer flat-rate return shipping for $11 Australia-wide or $15 for Express Post. Pickup from our Warana workshop on the Sunshine Coast is free.

Yes. We can engrave children’s drawings, handwritten notes or custom artwork. Some designs may require extra preparation work depending on image quality.

Yes. Discounts may be available for multiple bottles, team orders, business branding or corporate orders.

No. Laser engraving is permanent and won’t peel like stickers or vinyl. The engraving becomes part of the bottle surface for a long-lasting finish.

That’s usually not a problem. Minor scratches and everyday wear are generally fine for engraving. As long as the bottle isn’t heavily dented or damaged in the engraving area, we can often still personalise it successfully.
