What file format do you need for logos?

SVG files are ideal because they provide the cleanest engraving result. However, please send us whatever you have available - many PNG and JPG files are clear enough to engrave with minimal additional setup required.

Can our club raise money using your products?

Do you offer bulk pricing?

Yes. Pricing is based on product type, quantity and customisation requirements. Please submit a quote request for tailored pricing.

Can you engrave drink bottles we already own?

Yes. We can engrave customer-supplied drink bottles, subject to suitability and material compatibility.

How long does production take?

Production times vary depending on the products selected, order quantity and customisation requirements. We'll provide an estimated turnaround time when preparing your quote. If you have a specific deadline, we recommend contacting us as early as possible, as some products may need to be specially ordered to ensure they arrive in time for production and delivery.

Large drink bottle orders may require approximately 3 months lead time to allow for production and international shipping if suitable quantities of stock are not available in our workshop.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No, there are no minimum order quantities. Whether you need a single personalised item or a large bulk order, we're happy to help. We can often offer more competitive pricing for larger orders featuring the same logo or design.
