Traffolyte

Traffolyte is a ​high-quality acrylic-based engraving plastic commonly used for signage in the construction industry - we mainly use it for our QR Codes. It is fully UV-stable, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. The wood-style colours are a great alternative to real wood for signage projects.

​Standard Traffolyte has one colour on the front and a contrasting engraving colour underneath. It’s ideal for mounted signs where the back won’t be visible and only a thin layer is needed. The 3-layer Traffolyte is thicker, with one colour on the front and back and a different colour in the core - perfect for double-sided signs or pieces that will be seen from both sides.

Sheets labelled “gloss” have a shiny finish, while all others feature a smooth matte look.

Depth

This range has a standard depth of 1.6mm.

Those marked with a * are also available in a depth of 3.2mm (the 3 layer Black-White traffolyte is only available in 3.2mm, not 1.6mm).

All colours in this range are UV stable and suitable for outdoor use.
